Training intensity is often expressed as a percentage of your maximum heart rate (MHR). To estimate your MHR, subtract your age from 220.

Zone Guide:

• 50-60% - Recovery
• 60-70% - Fat burning
• 70-80% - Aerobic
• 80-90% - Anaerobic
• 90-100% - Max effort
